Breath Healing is a powerful, transformative, and healing breathing technique that is sometimes called halotropic breathwork. The word halotropic translates to mean “moving towards wholeness.” It differs from most yoga breathing techniques as it involves circular, active, and forceful breathing through the mouth. This changes the balance of carbon dioxide and oxygen within the body and can lead to the release of unprocessed emotions and accumulated stress. For some, it can lead to an altered state of consciousness.
During this 90 minute workshop, Daniella will teach you the breathing technique and lead you on a supported journey of healing, self-love, and personal growth. This workshop is open to absolute beginners as well as to those who have some breathwork experience.
