We all carry wounds and varying levels of trauma from how we were raised as children. While our parents or caregivers may have tried their best, the times when we were disrespected or harmed (physically or psychologically) during childhood, often subconsciously affect our behavior as adults.
This workshop will focus on healing and re-parenting your inner child, the part of you that was treated unkindly or unjustly as a child. When you act as a witness, with compassion and kindness to the challenges that you faced, you can learn to let go of some of the negative patterns that arise in adulthood from those experiences. As you learn to connect, listen, comfort, re-parent and heal your inner child in a non-judgmental way, you become less triggered by others and more open to living life with more confidence and joy.
Join us for a workshop of reflection and healing to move you forward in your relationship with yourself and others.
